Handle cash-on-delivery orders

Confirmation, packing, shipping, collection.

   A COD order arrives "to confirm": the customer gets a WhatsApp message to confirm it.

   Once confirmed, move it along with the next-step button (processing, shipped, delivered).

   Print the packing slip: it shows the amount to collect at the door.

   Add the carrier and tracking number: the customer sees them on their order page.

   Select several orders to change their status at once.
