Roles, invites and the activity log.
In Settings → Team & security, invite a teammate by email: they choose their own password.
The "Sales" role handles messages and orders; "Read only" sees everything and changes nothing.
The activity log shows who did what: order statuses, deletions, settings, campaigns.
